India Has Yet to Solve no.4 Position For World Cup.

India Has Yet to Solve no.4  Position For World Cup.

In series with Australia India needs to solve some positions to go with them in world cup 2019. In last series with Australia Indian captain Virat Kohli tried Ambati Rayudu in first three ODI and in last two ODI he tried with Rishabh Pant but both got failed at this Position. We all know that no4 position is very crucial place in middle order and India wants good player on that Position. India lost both T20 and ODI series against Australia because of two many experiments.

Ambati Rayudu had done well in several matches

12 players had been used from last world cup for no4. But know one proves himself. Rayudu done well in several matches but he is not as consistent as India wanted. After Asia cup in 2018 Rayudu played most matches for India at no.4 and won the heart of captain Kohli and team management. But he needs to perform consistently and he failed to do. IPL season 2019 going to be crucial for him if he done well there, he has very good chances to be part in world cup Squad.

Who will be part of World cup as All-rounder

In the last ODI and T20 series India played with TamilNadu’s Vijay Shankar, who played really well with the bat in every match he scored with a very good strike rate but his bowling is not quite impressive accept one match against Australia. His competition is with Hardik Pandya who performed good for India from recent times. So Indian team management needs to Decide that who will be part of world cup. Both the players need to perform in IPL 2019 and stay fit and available for world cup selection. Hardik Pandya has more chances to make to the world cup squad.

Outside Chances of Ajinkya Rahane for world cup Squad

In the last four years the most successful player at no.4 for India is Rahane. He is a very sweet timer of the cricket ball. Rahane always played very well in English condition. After 2015 world cup he batted 10times at no.4 with an average of 46.66 and scored 466 run and his strike is also very good 92.71 which is better than Dhoni(76.84) and Rayadu(85.60) also. But it is very rare that he gets chance to pay for India. He is also a very good fielder.

Reserve Wicketkeeper Choice for World cup

India has a specialist wicketkeeper in the form of M S Dhoni. His presence is very important for India in world cup and he is in very good form. But India want Rishabh Pant or Dinesh Karthik as a reserve wicketkeeper for world cup. But in the last series against Australia Rishabh Pant failed to prove himself in the last ODIs. he scored 36 and 16 runs in 4th and 5th ODI respectively. He also missed stumping chance of Aston turner who played very well in the 4th ODI. So if he and Dk wants to be part of world cup they need to play high quality cricket in the upcoming IPL season.

so these are some problems needs to solve Indian team management before world cup.
