Ayushman Bharat Yojana is also famous Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana. It is also known as National Health Protection scheme. This  sponsored scheme is launched in 2018. Its launched date is 23 september 2018. This scheme aim is to give support to the poor people for their health recovery from any diseases. This scheme is formed by subsuming multiple schemes like Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana, Senior citizen Health Insurance scheme(SCHIS) and many other. In this scheme approx. 10 crore people had to get support of Approx. Rs 5 lakh/year for their medical expenses. The principle of Ayusman Bharat National Health Protection Mission is to cooperate federalism and flexibility to states. Every service is free in this scheme like X-ray, ultrasound, Blood test etc. Every states need to have State Health Agency to implement this scheme.

Indu Bhushan has appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Dr. Dinesh Arora is appointed as deputy CEO of Ayushman Bharat Yojana. There is only one helpline no. is available for this scheme which is 1455.

Very Important point in this Scheme

·       This facility is provided in both type of hospital either it is Government or Private Hospital.

·       In the hospital there are few medicine helper is appointed to help the poor people.

·       There are no limit of family members, age and sex.

·       During treatment everything is free like medicine, tests etc.

·       In this scheme past diseases treatment are also available.

·       In this scheme secondary, tertiary diseases are also included, like heart disease, cancer etc.

·       Ever family get support of Rs 5 lakh every year.

·       This schemes started in most states of India.

·       Communicable diseases

·       Non- communicable diseases

·       Special unit of mental illness

Progress report of this scheme

This scheme progress tells us the need of the Indian poor people. Only three Indian states not accepted this scheme out of 29 states. The three states names are Delhi, Odisha, Telangana. Approx 6 lakh 85 thousand  people have taken benefit of this scheme till December 2018. By this scheme poor people getting help for his medical treatment by making Ayushman Bharat Yojana card. This card is made by the government officer who working on thus scheme. Approx 40 lakh 38 thousand people has issued the Ayshman Bharat Yojana e-card. This card is applicable at every hospital for getting treatment.

In the conclusion of this scheme we can say that it is a very good move by the Indian government to help the poor family to fight from their diseases and get the save and happy life.
